Sejak pandemi Covid-19 merebak, banyak hal-hal baru yang kita temui atau lakukan. Tidak ketinggalan, para pelaku kreatif seperti desainer produk, juga mulai berkreasi untuk merespon kebiasaan baru tersebut.
Selain beberapa barang lama yang akhirnya digunakan kembali akibat pandemi Covid-19 ini, terdapat juga sederet produk-produk baru. Berikut Written kumpulkan sejumlah produk yang dirancang khusus untuk memudahkan kita melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari.
1. No-touch Hand Tool
Alat “pengganti” fungsi jari ini mulai banyak dijual di e-commerce dan Instagram sejak akhir bulan Mei lalu. Momen itu menandakan munculnya pengumuman PSBB akan mulai melonggar, (berbanding terbalik dengan celana kami yang semakin menyempit).

2. Pendukung Physical Distancing
Sejak awal pandemi, salah satu cara yang disebut efektif meredam penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 adalah dengan jaga jarak. Kita diwanti-wanti untuk menjaga jarak minimal 1,5 meter dari orang lain dalam satu area.
Hal ini tentunya akan susah kita lakukan di tempat-tempat umum seperti sekolah, atau bahkan pesawat. Sejumlah studio desain mencoba menciptakan rupa-rupa bentuk solusinya. UNIT Fabrications membuat pembatas untuk ruangan kelas di sekolah. Pembatas ini ukurannya cukup besar dan dibungkus warna-warni yang menarik perhatian anak-anak kecil.

Consequently, hospitals and its medical staff who are responsible for coping with this pandemic as the front liners are facing the most significant risk. Apart from their prime responsibility to save every patient’s life, medical staff also have to take the minimum risk of getting infected in giving services to the patients. Since the number of patients in almost every part of the world is rising exponentially, a shortage of medical supplies become a recent world problem. Face shield as one of some essential medical utilities urgently needed has now become hard to find in the market because the dramatic number of demands instantly increase and outnumber the stock available in every part of the world. Therefore, a quick effort to provide face shields for the world needs to become a calling not only for regular suppliers but for everyone who can and are ready for help. This situation has triggered us to come up with an idea of making a face shield as part of a community service program organized by a university where @dhanistha_dyaksa graduated, with help from @patriotmukmin as a reviewer for the product, We created it by a new technique quicker in production than most regular one does, and as a result, costs cheaper so that it hopefully can meet reach the medical staff who need it the most in time. The face shield We designed is A ONE SINGLE COMPONENT FLATPACK FACESHIELD.
